Integrating web accessibility with Search Engine Optimisation in the early phases of the process, we help you achieve higher rankings and maximum return on investement.
Webmirer’s core competency is developing and designing accessible websites. The following is the methodology that Webmirer uses.
Phase 1. Defining the Project
The website developing phase starts with client defining what they want from their website. Do they want to have just a web presence by sharing company information online or do they want to do e-commerce and if so, what is their target audience?
Phase 2. Developing Website Structure
After the project has been defined our team of designers and copywriters do ‘brainstorming’ sessions with the client to work and decide on the website structure and content. As a web design practice, Webmirer focuses on the process of 'Storyboarding' in which we outline a series of sketches and sequences before production of the website. In this process, we produce the layout and graphics of the web pages.
Phase 3. Designing
This phase comprises of the design, the layout and the general look and feel of the website. All of this is done with keep the end users i.e. client’s customers in mind. This process enables us to create a website that is graphically unique, user friendly and accessible.
Webmirer’s ideology is that the website content is the most important aspect of the website. Thus, we would concentrate more on content quality but this does not mean that the website design will be forgotten. It is a beauty in itself and its main role is to enhance the quality of the content even more.
Phase 4. Production and Quality assurance
In this phase, the website goes into actual production under strict time schedule which is declared to the client before actual production begins. At Webmirer we aim at building excellent customer relationships and goodwill by delivering the final product on time.
Phase 5. Testing
The result of the production phase is what we call the ‘Beta’ website. This website is then loaded onto a standalone server and access is given to the client to ‘play’ with it, scrutinise our creation and suggest modifications.
Phase 6. Launch
Once our client is contented with the final website, it’s time to upload the website onto a web server and launched on the internet and then open the champagne bottle!!!
